The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn School Board will be meeting tonight to discuss a variety of curriculum purchases.

The purchases the school board will be reviewing is amplifying the core knowledge of language arts, amplifying the English Language Arts curriculum, plus purchasing an appropriate amount of copies for To Kill a Mockingbird. Other items on the agenda being considered for approval include a public hearing on the 2023-2024 certified budget with potential approval, setting a public hearing for a real estate transfer to The City of Minburn, the school nutrition pricing for 2024-2025, and new classified staff. 

Additional items are related to the ADM Victory Bell and a request to purchase new Apple MacBook devices. The meeting will be held tonight at 6pm at the district board room, 215 N. 11th Street, in Adel. Raccoon Valley Radio will have a recap of the meeting later this week.
