The AC/GC Chargers baseball team fell in their second game of the season.

They traveled to Coon Rapids to take on the Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders, and made it a good game from the start. The first three players in the line up all made their way to the bases, and were brought home by their teammates, putting the Chargers up 3-1 by the end of the first inning. AC/GC recorded another run in the second inning, while CR-B put in three, tying things up at 4 each. Neither team scored in the third, and the Chargers picked up a run in the fourth inning to go up 5-4. The Crusaders picked up their fifth run in the fifth inning, then held the AC/GC scoreless in the final two innings, while collecting seven runs in the sixth. The game ended with the 12-5 loss for the Chargers.
