Andrew Erickson, age 28, 110 N Kent St, Knoxville, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

May 23

Ronald Haines, Grundy Center, was working on the interstate picking up Construction cones near the mile marker 106 exit, when a semi side swiped his truck and trailer.  The semi, driven by Sauve Rene, Lanoraie, Quebec, stopped after the accident occurred.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Haines vehicle and trailer was estimated at $4000.  Damage to the semi was estimated at $2000.  Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
