With the storms that moved through Central Iowa last Tuesday, some planned events were postponed.

Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach was supposed to hold their final herb garden workshop, but that was moved to this Thursday instead. The workshop will still be at the Mary J Barnett Memorial Library, and take place from 4-6pm. Individuals attending will need to pay a $5 fee for each garden they would like to plant. While planting their gardens, individuals will learn how to raise and care for the plants, and how to harvest them.
