Omarion Oliver, age 19, 420 Court Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on three warrants for Failure To Appear and Violated Probation Terms.

Sharon Burg, age 34, 620 Walnut St, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was 5th Degree Theft.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
