Marcus Watznauer, Granger, was driving in the 300 block of Chestnut Street in Minburn when he made a wide turn to put his car into a parking stall.  When he turned, he was struck by a vehicle driven by Brian Welch, Cherokee.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $4000 to Mr. Watznauer’s vehicle and $3000 to Mr. Welch’s vehicle.

June 2

Brad Rudolf, age 43, 1477 Limestone Ave, Winterset, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence, Driving While Barred, Operate Without Interlock, Driving While License Under Suspension and Operation Without Registration Card.

June 3

Tracci Llamas, age 31, 220 S. 10th St, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Possession Of Contraband In Correctional Institution and Possession Of Ctontrolled Substance.  She was additionally charged with Possession Of Contraband In Correctional Institution and Unlawful Possession Of Prescription Drug.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
