The 4th of July is tomorrow, and many people will be celebrating, meaning there will be many businesses and services that are closed in Guthrie County.

In Stuart, City Hall and the Utilities Office will both be closed tomorrow, and return to regular hours Friday. The Stuart Public Library will be closed until Monday in observance of the holiday. Garbage services will not be affected.

In Panora, emergency services will still be manning regular shifts, but the rest of the City departments will be closed with staff on call in the event of an emergency. The Panora Public Library will also be closed for the holiday. Guthrie Center City Hall will be closed tomorrow, and will close early at noon on Friday, with the Mary J Barnett Memorial Library closed tomorrow as well.
