Memorial service for Robert Charles Gilmer, 69, of Grimes, will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Panther Creek Church of the Brethren, 24529 J Ave, Adel, IA 50003. Burial will follow at Panther Creek Church Cemetery.

He is survived by his partner of almost 20 years, Paula Roys; his son, Travis Gilmer; his brothers, Bill (Marcia) Gilmer and David Gilmer, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
