Fraud reported in the 1700 blk of 4th St. Incident took place in Boone County, referred to the sheriff’s
office.

Report of Harassment from the 700 blk of 18th St, officer spoke with offender of possible charges.
Accident:

Unit 1 Driver/Hernandez, Daniel of 1809 Estela St Veh/2004 Silver Nissan Altima. Approx Damage $5000.

Property damage to light pole, approx. $5000. Light pole on the north side of the 1900-BLK of Willis Ave to have been damaged and a piece of a silver front bumper. Unit 1 advised he was traveling south bound on 9th St, was not paying attention and struck the light pole near the intersection of 9th St/Willis Ave. Took off from the scene due to being scared and not knowing what to do. Unit 1 would later be cited for Violation of Instruction Permit and Failure to Maintain Control

Criminal Mischief report taken from the 1100 blk of 1st Ave. Case under investigation.

Arrest: Scheuermann-Thompson, Corey Justin Age 38 Adr/110 4th St Apt 4. Jamaica, IA. Charged with Operating while Intoxicated.

Arrest: Oswaldo Estrada, Gabriel Age 41 Adr/815 5th St Charged with Theft 5th St on Perry Original Warrant and Boone County Warrant for Theft 5th. Bonded out.

Arrest: Torres Aguilar, Eduardo Age 30 of Des Moines, IA. Charged with Eluding, Interference with Official Acts. Cited for Speeding 55, no valid dl, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, Open container, Fail to Yield to Emergency Vehicle.
