The Stuart City Council will meet in regular session Monday night.

The Council will consider for approval the third pay estimate for Ardent Lighting Group, LLC for $13,940.30, a partial payment to McAninch Corporation for $265,637.83, a project completion date extension request by McAninch Corporation and hear a progress update on phase three of the Wambold Housing project. They will also consider for approval an appointment to the Library Board, a proposal for a story walk on the city walking trail, a storm siren quote and an update on the sale of the fire department’s 2003 Dodge truck from Chief Josh Renslow.

The Council will then consider for approval a request from the Police Department for a vehicle purchase, then open a public hearing for the sale of city owned properties before considering resolutions on the sale of each piece of real estate. They will consider for approval a renewal of a development agreement for Saints Center, LLC, then hear from Stuart Economic Development Director Matt Funk.

The Council will hear an update from Stuart Rescue Director Sean Bovinett on the Guthrie County Emergency Medical Services proposal, and possibly enter a closed session to discuss with counsel, before returning to open session and discussing a human resources consultant as requested by Councilman Cory Kirkpatrick.
