A concert is set to take place in the Perry community on Monday.

The Greater Des Moines Band is hosting an outdoor concert at the Perry Lutheran Homes Eden Acres Campus, 1300 28th Street, in Perry. According to the band, the event is free and is happening in the east parking loop at the Eden Acres Campus. 

There will be food served including hamburgers and hot dogs, plus beverages available to purchase. The band is asking guests to bring a chair and blanket for seating comfort. The concert is open to the public.
