
The City of Perry is naming a new member to serve as part of the housing team.
Molly Milosevich will be the new Housing and Development Manager for the City of Perry. According to a press release, Milosevich possesses four years of experience from government planning to the position. She grew up in Jefferson, Iowa, and graduated from Greene County High School. Milosevich acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Regional Planning, with a minor in Environmental Studies.
The city states that Milosevich in her new role will be in charge of coordinating all development within Perry, overseeing of housing programs, the City’s Comprehensive Plan and enforcement of the Perry’s subdivision, zoning, building and other land use and development codes, while acting as the Planning and Zoning Administrator. Milosevich is coming from the City of Grimes, where she was the Assistant Planner.
