The Perry Chamber of Commerce recently awarded the junior class at Perry High School (PHS) a donation to thank them for their help in the 4th of July parade.
The junior class took time to provide their services for the annual Fireworks Bucket Brigade during the July 4th parade. The chamber announces that the proceeds from the bucket brigade split 50/50 between the 2024 Fireworks Drive and the PHS Class of 2026 for the 2025 After Prom fundraiser. Perry Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti reveals the total amount that was given to the junior class.
“They collected just shy of $1,750 (dollars), so I cut that in half, rounded up, and so they got a check for $875.”
The check was presented by Pasutti to three students of Perry High School’s Junior Class: Gustavo Drahos, Cadi Conrad, and Madeline McDevitt.
