Greene County head softball coach Tom Kennedy has named letter winners for the recently completed season. The Rams were 4-20 overall and tied for last place with two other teams in the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference. Conference champion PCM is playing in the Class 3A State Tournament this week. The Rams lost all three meetings this season with the Mustangs, including by a 10-2 score to open Regional tournament play.

There were no seniors for Greene County this season. Juniors lettering were Payton Kokenge, Danielle Madsen, and Violet Reedy. Sophomore letter winners were Addison Gannon and Kaycee Pittman, and those lettering as freshmen were Sara Morlan, Kaliyah Minnihan, Makenna Ebersole, Bellah Johnson, Alivya Smith, and Aliana Heard.

In addition, returning starters in sophomore Becca Anderson and junior Chanlyn Cunningham lettered, although both had knee surgeries and were not able to play this season.
