Unit 1/ Gry 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. Driver/Flores Taracena, Cris of 1324 8th St. $200.

Unit 2/Silver 2017 Ford Escape. Reg to NFM Custom Countertops LLC, Parked vehicle. Damage $1000.

Accident in the 1300 blk of 8th St. Unit 1 Driver Cris, backed into unit two which was legally parked on 8th St. While backing out of their driveway. Minor damage done to both, no injuries reported. Both were driven away after accident.

Unit 1/2015 Red Ram, Driven by Dvorak, Phillip of Bagley, IA. Damage $100.

Unit 2/ Red 2016 Chev Cruze Registered to Nevins, Rachel of 2833 4D Eastern Ave. Damage $250.

Unit 1 drove into legally parked unit 2. Damage to both vehicles was minor, both drove away from scene, no injuries.

Theft reported in the 700 blk of 1o, officer responded. Case is in Huxley, IA. Information given to them. Assault reported from the 600 blk of Warford, case under investigation. Charges pending. Disorderly conduct reported in the 2800 blk of 14 St, case investigated. No charges.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
