The Dallas County Conservation Board is inviting the public for another summer hike next week.

The board will be hiking to the Burial Mounds inside the Kuehn Conservation Area next Tuesday, August 6th. According to the board, a naturalist will lead the hike to teach about the connection to the land, and unveil the reason the area is now referred to as Kuehn. 

For interested hikers, the meeting place will be at the back of the park where the mounds are located. The event is free and open to the public, with the hike occurring from 9-11am.
