Perry football is gearing up for their first season under the direction of Josh Vannornam.  The year opens with a rare Thursday night game at Des Moines Hoover.  They will be the lone game in the state as they play at Mediacom Stadium in Des Moines on Thursday, August 29.  The first home game will be that following Friday as Greene County comes to Perry on September 6.  Back to the road for week 3, Perry will be at Ogden.  Week 5 begins district games.  Perry belongs in the 3A District 6 pod.  The Bluejays will travel to Nevada that week.  The full schedule is below.  Perry is coming off a 2-7 season.  KDLS and the Raccoon Valley Radio Sports Network will have the coverage of every game.
