The Adair County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is hosting some workshops that may be helpful to the community.

There will be three Self-Care and Disasters workshops on August 25th, that are free for the public to attend. Those in attendance will cover different self-care strategies, and learn how they can be key for preventing burnout and compassion fatigue. Each session is roughly an hour long, with the first taking place at Greenfield United Methodist Church at 12:30m, with the next two to be held at Hotel Greenfield at 3pm and 6pm.
