
The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn School Board met in regular session on Monday.
The board approved to buy two buses with $319,574 in school bus sales in anticipation of the 2024-2025 school year. Other items on the agenda that were approved by the board included a transportation vehicle purchase through Stivers Ford Lincoln for $54,969, a one-year renewal of the online service GoGuardian for $14,850.54, a purchase of a Google Workspace license for $11,500, and a request for a Minburn Property Sale.
Additional items that were approved pertained to the use of service from Dykstra for concrete work Meadow View Elementary in the amount of $18,585, as well a separate purchase from Dykstra for ADM High School for $23,750, updated activity gate fees for the 2024-2025 school year, as middle school events will cost five dollars and high school will be eight dollars, then the design development for the new high school site plan.
