Patrons of the Mary J Barnett Memorial Library in Guthrie Center may be used to the usual services available, but there’s some they might not know about or use often.
Director Jerri Hawkins says that they have mobile hotspots that are available for check out should someone need internet access. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio about their Tech Talks as well.
“If you are having some smart device, or laptop or tablet troubles, or having trouble getting into Libby or Kindle, or anything, you’re welcome to set up an appointment to bring that in and get some assistance with that here at the library.”
Hawkins explains that while the extra services are great for helping out patrons in different ways, the library’s staff enjoys helping in any way they can.
