Although the football season is quickly approaching at West Central Valley, coach Jim Lindsay and his Wildcat football team took a day to help the Greenfield community. After a tornado caused damages to the city of Greenfield, many volunteer groups have stepped up to held clean up and restore the community. the Wildcat football team posted on their Facebook page, “we had a chance to do some community service this morning (Tuesday) helping out our neighbors in Greenfield. We uploaded and delivered shed parts and pieces that are going to people in need.”

With the delivery of shed parts to the Greenfield community, the Wildcat football team shows although they may compete against one another, they can put the competition to the side to help a neighbor in need.
