A young lady from Dallas County was recognized with a prestigious award.

Norah Lipovac is the 2024 National American Miss Iowa Teen Queen after winning at the state pageant in late June. According to Adel Living Weekly, Lipovac was given an official state crown, banner and trophy at the LaVista Conference Center in Omaha, Nebraska. In addition to being named Miss Iowa Teen, she was honored for Best Resume, Top Model, Casual Wear, Fun Fitness, and Runway. 

Lipovac is a 2023 graduate from Adel-DeSoto-Minburn High School. With the crowning, Lipovac is being invited to compete at the National Pageant during the week of Thanksgiving (Nov. 24th-30th) in Orlando, Florida.
