The Perry City Council is set to meet in regular session tomorrow.

The council is planning to set a time and date for a safety/employee appreciation day. Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a resolution for a solar power and services agreement for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, a resolution for tax abatement applications for residential construction completed within Perry, a resolution authorizing the submission of an environmental and climate justice community change grant to the Environmental Protection Agency, as well as a work order for the 2025 terminal building expansion and rehabilitation.

Additional items on the agenda pertain to a resolution for a contract with Region XII (12) for planning and administrative assistance, a resolution accepting a grant agreement from the Federal Aviation Association for the 2024 airport infrastructure grant, plus pay applications for the 2024 city street repairs, the Iowa Street Stormwater Wetland project, and the Frog Creek Restoration project.
