The Youth Basketball League starts soon with Adel Parks and Recreation as registration is currently open.

Adel Parks and Rec is inviting children from first to sixth grade to sign up for the league, which is split into three sections. First and second grade will be an in-town league that begins October 14th, third and fourth grade will be a travel-league starting on December 4th, then fifth and sixth grade will also be a travel-league that tips off on December 2nd. All levels will be available for boys and girls with games played at either Meadow View Elementary or Adel Elementary School. 

According to Adel Parks and Rec, registration closes for first and second grade on October 4th, while second through sixth grades ends on November 22nd. The costs for the league ranges from $60-$70 depending on the grade.
