The City of Casey is celebrating renovations to the City Park.

Casey Grant Committee Co-Chair Kasey Peterson says that festivities take place from 11am to 4pm, with the ribbon cutting for the park and a free BBQ lunch provided by the Casey Service Club. She adds that there will also be many local vendors with items for sale, along with several kids activities as well. Peterson explains that those wanting to are also able to bring alcoholic refreshments, and from 1-4pm Garrett Lee and The Relics will be performing live.
