On Monday the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs fall golf team traveled to the Indianola Country Club for the Indianola Invitational. The Mustangs competed against Ankeny, Council Bluffs Lincoln, Fort Dodge, Indianola, Ottumwa, Sioux City East and Southeast Polk.

In the 18 hole low final score, Mustang senior Noah Moberg placed fourth overall, with a score of 72 strokes and would also place fourth in the 18 hole average with the same score. Moberg would help guide the Mustangs into a four way tie for second place with a final team score of 301 strokes, tied with Ankeny, Ottumwa and Indianola. Southeast Polk would claim first with a score of 285 strokes.

The Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs fall golf team prepares for action next Monday as they travel to Cedar Creek Golf Course outside of Ottumwa for the Ottumwa Golf Quad. The action is set to begin on Monday at 10am.
