The City of Perry’s new Housing and Development Manager Molly Milosevich is strategizing a plan with available homes in the area.
Milosevich tells Raccoon Valley Radio that city employees are working through a comprehensive phase that is more long term. She hits on one area that is in the near future being zoning code.
“Right now, obviously, we have a zoning code, but there’s been lots of changes and updates throughout the years, so just kind of compiling that all together, so it’s easy for a resident or a developer, whoever, that just needs to get information from it, it’s easy for them to understand and read.”
Milosevich explains that she’s collaborating with Perry’s Compliance Officer examining the abandoned houses in the city to ultimately determine the best course of action to take.
