A business new to Stuart held its ribbon cutting Wednesday.

Kwik Star began work to bring one of their stores to Stuart two years ago, and finally opened their doors on October 10th, but held the ribbon cutting ceremonies for the grand opening and joining the Stuart Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday. Kiwk Star Chief Executive Officer and Owner Scott Zietlow attended the ceremony, sharing that they were excited to be joining the community. Along with the ribbon cuttings, Kwik Star presented two $1,000 donations, one to the Stuart Police Department and one to the Stuart Fire Department, with the respective department chiefs in attendance.
