
Perry football wrapped up the season last night in Creston. The still playoff hopeful Panthers picked up the win 72-13. The Bluejays season ends on a 6 game losing streak. The game started with promise as Alec Burgin threw his first varsity touchdown to Geren Kenney on the opening drive. The 15 yard TD gave Perry a 7-0 lead. Creston would score 44 straight points to finish the half 44-7. Final 72-13. Eric Lagos and Geren Kenney both scored their first receiving TD’s of the season in the loss.
Perry finishes the season 2-7 and 0-5 in District games. The Bluejays will have some time off before winter sports are allowed to start practice in mid November.
