
A Scranton man was recently sentenced to prison for domestic abuse.
According to court documents, 26-year-old Dalton Weber pled guilty to a Class D Felony of his third or subsequent offense for domestic abuse assault. He was sentenced to five years in prison and to be served concurrently with a two year prison sentence that was imposed after violating his two years of probation that he was serving since November of 2023 after he was convicted of an aggravated misdemeanor for his second offense for domestic abuse assault.
The felony charge was for an incident that happened this past September 20th. Court documents show that the victim was physically assaulted by Weber in his truck after the victim refused to have sexual intercourse with him in the garage of his home in Scranton.
