Julio Perez, Des Moines, was traveling on Bear Creek Road at Old Hwy 6 when he pulled into the intersection, causing a collision with Matthew Yori, Redfield.  All parties were checked out on scene by EMS and refused further treatment.  Mr. Yori’s vehicle had an estimated $2000 damage and needed to be towed from the scene.  Mr. Perez vehicle had an estimated $8000 damage and was also towed from the scene.  Mr. Perez was issued citations for Failure To Carry Registration Card and Failure To Yield Upon Entering Through Highway.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
