Teagan Chisholm was a bowler, basketball player, and soccer player for the Greene County Rams as a sophomore. He added kicking a football to his resume’ this season and the junior had an outstanding year. Coach Caden Duncan had enjoyed the four previous seasons with Nathan Behne booting the pigskin, and the two-time All-State kicker is now a freshman on the Upper Iowa University football team. There was no obvious replacement on the 2023 roster, so the coach reached out to Chisholm.
Chisholm averaged 51 yards per kickoff, went four of five kicking field goals, and made 14 of 20 extra point kicks. The left-footer told Raccoon Valley Radio he was a bit nervous when the Rams hosted Carroll High to open the season, but he adjusted well and got into the groove shortly after that. All of his made field goals were between 32 and 37 yards.
