The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday, due to the Veterans Day holiday on Monday.
The Board will hear an update from the city of Jefferson, followed by a discussion with Tori Riley on changes to the county’s policy regarding music played on the Mahanay Memorial Carillon Tower. Then they will consider for approval a resolution to transfer fund from tax increment financing (TIF) to debt service to pay interest for general obligation renewal capital loan for the career academy for $61,242.
Additionally, the Board will consider approving disallowances for the homestead and military credits, changes to the Greene County Courthouse HVAC bid documents to add the roof replacement as an alternate, and approve Optimized Systems to be the commissioning agent for the HVAC project. The meeting will then be in recess until 2pm when the Board canvasses the votes from last Tuesday’s General Election.
The meeting will take place in person and remotely at 8:30am in the boardroom of the Greene County Courthouse in Jefferson. To access the meeting, call 1-253-215-8782 or 1-301-715-8592 with meeting ID 585 769 486, or via Zoom application with a link below.
