Nov. 8th

Haile Dennis, Casey, was driving on I80 near the 104 mile marker, when she hit a tire laying on the road.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1500.  The vehicle was about to be driving away.

Nathan Manincor, Green Bay, WI, was driving on I80 near the 107 mile marker, when he lost control of his vehicle due to a mechanical issue.  The vehicle went into the ditch.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1500.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Nov. 9th

Sarah Johnson, Age 44, 1602 Wilson Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft 3rd Degree.

Cierra Peterson, Waukee, was driving in the 32000 block of Ute Ave when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1500.

Nov. 10th

Bishop Rush, age 21, address unknown, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft 4th Degree.

Ashley Davis, age 29, 812 Jefferson, Fontanelle, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence. She was also cited for Open Container.

Nicholas Stephens,, age 32, 727 E McLane, Osceola, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Andreas Henderson, age 24, 6325 NW 97th St, Johnston, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence. He was also cited for speeding.

Dominic Chevez, age 19, 13500 Sheridan Ave, Urbandale, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

Nov. 12th

Miguel Ramirez-Ayala, Perry, was traveling on J Ave, near K Trail when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2000.

Blaycee Riggert, Manson, was traveling on I80 near the 117 mile marker, when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $20000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
