The Guthrie Center City Council will meet in regular session tonight, due to yesterday being Veterans Day.

The Council will set a date for a public hearing to approve a development agreement with Main Street Guthrie Center Corporation, then consider for approval a quote for a replacement beacon light on the Guthrie Center water tower, which was requested by the Federal Aviation Administration due to the heli-pad at the Guthrie County Hospital which is close to the tower. They will then hear departmental reports from Streets Superintendent Darin Sloss and City Clerk Kris Arrasmith.

The meeting will begin at 5:45pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Raccoon Valley Radio will have results later in the week.
