The Perry Chamber of Commerce is celebrating the ladies with a fun event on Friday.

The chamber is inviting women to a “Girls Night Out,” as a time to connect with others in the community. According to Perry Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti, this is a new spin on a regular monthly event.

“So we have been doing ‘Sip and Shops’ every month, so we’re shaking it up a little bit, and instead of a ‘Sip and Shop’, we’re calling it ‘Ladies Night Out.’ So, after Art on the Prairie, that weekend is just so busy, so save the date for Friday’s sip and shop type event with our merchants.”

Pasutti explains that the program will happen from 4-7pm in the downtown area along 2nd Street for free. Perry businesses will be open for shopping and offer complimentary beverages.
