Conditions in Dallas County are abnormally dry, with Guthrie and Greene Counties facing mainly abnormally dry conditions, with the western sides in moderate drought conditions. According to the National Weather Service, Jefferson has reported 2.74 inches of precipitation as of November 15th, when it usually has seen 0.93 inches. Guthrie Center has recorded 2.57 inches of precipitation, while usually seeing 0.99 inches, and Perry has measured 1.59 inches of precipitation as of November 15th, and normally has recorded 0.84 inches at that point in time.
