The State Swimming Meet continues today in Marshalltown for the second day of action.  Perry saw some solid results yesterday and will take apart in more events today.  Quin Mahler-Moreno and Aleah Karolus each swam in two events.  They both also advanced in their events.  Quin swam the 100 Breaststroke in 1:04:55 good enough for 5th place and finished in 4th in the 500 Freestyle 5:04.92 .  Aleah grabbed the final spot to qualify 16th place in the 100 Freestyle 54.55 and was tied for 13th in the 50 Freestyle 24.88.  The State Meet resumes today at noon at the Marshalltown YMCA.  Besides the four individual finals Perry will swim in, they will also be in two relays today.  The 400 Freestyle Relay will feature Aleah Karolus, Cali Hernandez, Ellie Hughes and Quin Mahler-Moreno.  The other relay Perry will swim in the 200 Medley Relay.  Harper Peterson, Quin Mahler-Moreno, Cali Hernandez and Aleah Karolus will swim that one.  Today will be the final swimming event of the season.
