The Warren Cultural Center is hosting a comic night next Friday night as part of their All-Iowa series.

Director Nancy Queck says that after running their Locals and Legends series the last few years, those in charge of events decided to reach out to talented Iowans from other parts of the state as well. A few performers have already made their way to Greenfield, and next Friday it will be comedian Dante Powell.

Queck mentions that Powell is not their first comedian, and that they do plan to have more in the future, so fans of laughter should keep watching the schedule of events to see when the next one comes to town. Powell will be the headliner for this event, and the opening act will be Ian Pope. Admission for adults is $20, and for students that are high school aged and younger it is free to attend.
