
The Perry City Council will meet in regular session on Monday.
The council will be reviewing and looking to take action on an application for an assistance and training contract with the Workforce Training and Economic Development Fund. Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a pay application for phase three of the runway 14/32 relocation project at the Perry Municipal Airport, a pay application for the final resurfacing for the 2024 street repairs, the fiscal year 2024 Iowa Department of Transportation Street Finance Report, the fiscal year 2024 annual report, and the annual Urban Renewal fiscal year 2024 report.
Additional items up for approval pertain to making council appointments to the 2025 Dallas County E911 Board, appointing 2025 representatives to the Dallas County Emergency Management Commission, and certifying the Tax Increment Finance debt to the Dallas County Auditor. The meeting is taking place on Monday inside the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building, 1102 Willis Avenue, in Perry at 6pm.
