We conclude our series on the Greene County High School football teams five first team selections in Class 2A District 8. Earlier, we spotlighted Trevon Keely, Christopher Daugherty, Nicholas Stream, and Kamden Kinne.

Habben was named a first team offensive lineman. He played left tackle for the Rams on offense and a down lineman on defense, either at tackle or end. The Rams averaged more than 255 yards of offense per game with balance between running and passing the ball. There were 1,461 rushing yards and 1068 through the air. Habben’s play in the offensive line was a big part of that success.

On defense, he was credited with 19.5 tackles, 11 of those being solo stops. Habben had one quarterback sack and two tackles for loss.

Greene County had five wins and five losses and finished third among the six teams in District 8. The Rams won a first round playoff game and advanced to the round of 16.
