Last weekend Perry swimming finished their season at the State Tournament in Marshalltown.  The team met one final time last week and handed out their yearly awards.  Captains for 2024 were the two seniors Quin Mahler-Moreno and Lydia Nelson.  Cali Hernandez walked away with Most Lettering Points, 1928.  Most Valuable was split between Quin Mahler-Moreno and Aleah Karolus.  The Jayettes had three make Academic All Conference: Quin Mahler-Moreno, Lydia Nelson, and Ema Valenzuela-Flores.  Rookie of the Year was won by Freshman Ellie Hughes.  Most Improves was Ema Valenzuela-Flores.  Most Personal Best Times was Aleah Karolus.

The Jayettes finished in 20th Place at the State Meet out of 30 teams that scored points.
