Dallas County Hospital was recently recognized with a special honor. 

DCH was selected as the 2024 Performance Leadership Award for excellence in Patient Perspective. According to DCH Public Relations Marketing and Foundation Director Tom Harmsen, the award observes rural hospitals that are in the top quartile of performance in quality and outcomes. 

Harmsen says that this isn’t the first time the hospital has won the award, but is extremely grateful that the hospital can be noticed for the hard work the employees put in daily. Harmsen acknowledges that DCH is committed to providing patients with the best care possible.
