An Adel woman recently had her charges dismissed in Dallas County District Court from an alleged 2024 incident.

According to court documents, a motion to dismiss a Class D Felony for child endangerment-bodily injury and a serious misdemeanor for assault bodily injury or mental illness by District Court Judge Brad McCall for Renee Fuller.

The charges stemmed from an assault that occurred back on January 28th in Adel. It was reported that Fuller allegedly told the Adel Police Department that she engaged in a verbal argument with a female minor victim, which then became physical as Fuller slapped the victim across the face and pulled her hair from one room to another. The charges were dismissed with prejudice pursuant to plea agreement.
