A dancer from Adel-DeSoto-Minburn High School is enjoying her time and speaks on her favorite bonding moment with the junior varsity team.

Sophomore Evelyn Miller tells Raccoon Valley Radio that she fell in love with dancing when her mom took her to a dance studio class when she was younger. In her second season with the team, one activity that sticks out the most involves a stuffed animal.

“The favorite (memory) so far is when we go to Build-A-Bear (Workshop) and we do a team mascot, and I feel like that was really fun.”

Miller adores the fact that other schools give off a positive vibe in competition and meeting girls who share that same passion is amazing in her eyes. Miller is looking forward to hopefully making the varsity roster in her junior year in 2025.
