An organization in Dallas County will be inviting the public to check out a new building soon.

The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will host an open house this coming Friday, December 6th to celebrate their new administration building, 800 Court Street, in Adel. A press release states that residents will be able to either walk through the building at their leisure or attend a guided tour at 1:30pm, 3pm, 5:30pm or 6:30pm. In addition, a ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 4:30pm, which will be followed by the lighting of the Christmas tree on the Courthouse lawn at 5pm along with the Adel Sip and Sample festivities on the square.
