Dec. 1st

Jeremy Farrell, age 19, 520 Lynnwood Lane, Van Meter, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault.

Talli Ramey, Orient, was driving on I80 near the 108 mile marker, when she slowed for traffic in front of her.  When she slowed, her vehicle was struck by one driven by Aaron Lang, Knoxville.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated to Ms. Ramey’s vehicle at $10000.  Damage to Mr. Lang’s vehicle was estimated at $3000.  Both vehicles were driven away from the scene.

Dec. 2nd

Rebekah Herrick, West Des Moines, was driving on I80 near the 112 mile marker, when due to slippery conditions, she lost control and hit the barriers.  She was taken to the hospital by private vehicle for evaluations of any injuries.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Lucas Trepp, Reinbeck, was driving on I80 near the 112 mile marker, when due to slippery conditions, he lost control and hit the barriers.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1500.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
