Greene County travels to Monroe for a season opening high school wrestling quadrangular tonight vs. PCM, Ogden, and Van Meter. Coach Kirk Davis’ Rams went 13-9 in dual meets a season ago and had difficulty fielding entrants in all 14 weight classes. That could be the case again this season with the coach telling Raccoon Valley Radio there will likely be at least two open weights tonight and possibly throughout the season.

Greene County returns several veteran wrestlers including two time State qualifier Brent Dennhardt and 2024 State qualifiers Gavyn Winters and Degan Miller. Winters enters his senior season with 98 career victories.
