Accident reported at 3rd and Estella St.
Veh 1/1999 red Ford Ranger, driven by Nicolaisen, Cameron of 17807 130th St. Nissan Armada, driven by Moran Osorio, Nelson of 1424 3rd St.

Veh 2/2012 Gry Red Ford Ranger pk received heavy front-end damage, was facing WB on Estella St. Gry Nissan Armada with Airbag deployment was facing NB on 3rd St. Unit 2 was traveling NB on 37° 5t, continued until approaching 3″/Estella St. Yield signs were posted on both east/west lanes of Estella/3″ St. Unit 1 failed to yield, causing collision.

No injuries reported.

Approx $10,000-15,000 total damage. Drivers exchange reports provided to both parties.

Arrest: Lam, Nyakuoth Daniel age 48 of Urbandale. Charged with Driving under Suspension

Arrest: Chechovic, Danielle Renee age 37 of 2209 Otley Ave. Charged with Forgery-Felony, Unauthorized Credit Card Use <$1500 and Theft 4th Degree >$300<$750.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
