Photo belongs to the ADM Dance Team

The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Dance team battled in the state competition this past Friday, bringing home a championship.

ADM participated in the Iowa State Dance and Drill Team Association competition in three categories of Hoopla, Contemporary, and Pom. In the Pom division, the Tigers were able to acquire a Division 1 rating. For Contemporary, ADM finished fourth accumulating 335 points, and the Tigers got first place for Hoopla in front of Sioux City West and Storm Lake for a total of 363.5 points.

During regionals in Newton on November 16th, ADM won two medals for Jazz and Hoopla. The Tigers will now train for the National Dance Alliance competition at Johnston High School on January 12th, 2025.
